Designed to enhance the Urban Revitalization Program, the Fill the Store Front Initiative offers grant incentives to kick-start redevelopment projects. This program will be offered for five years to spur development along Historic Cody Road, where businesses will be able to leverage the city’s streetscape and trail improvements along this iconic portion of the Great River Road.
To qualify for the Fill the Store Front Initiative applicants must also qualify for the Urban Revitalization Program.
