On August 3rd, the LeClaire Chamber of Commerce was pleased to "flip the switch" as it dedicated a street level sound system along Cody Road, in the business district of LeClaire. If you were unable to attend the ceremony, the link below provides a copy of the printed program highlighting the history of the project and its generous donors.
